MAGGY MONSEF THE EMOTIONAL ARCHITECT
The Lebanese-born interior designer and founder of architecture seems to have no secrets when it comes to creating, always drawing inspiration from her feminine instinct and Middle Eastern way of life.
MAGGY MONSEF: THE EMOTIONAL ARCHITECT
“I do not design furniture. I compose emotional architecture.” Maggy Monsef is a multidisciplinary designer blending collectible furniture with sculpture. Her work reflects cultural memory, material discipline, and organic forms, influenced by her Middle Eastern heritage. Each piece is created as a modern heirloom, handcrafted to endure through generations.
The Lotus Collection
This limited edition series features sculptural furniture inspired by the lotus leaf, symbolizing purity and resilience. The collection includes benches, chairs, tables, mirrors, and lighting, all handcrafted over months using layered artisanal techniques. Each bronze piece is uniquely shaped, polished, and patinated, emphasizing texture and emotional resonance.
In The Lotus Collection, bronze serves as an expressive language, with its quiet patina symbolizing natural change. The objects strike a balance between delicacy and permanence, embodying both ancient references and modern design. More than mere furniture, they act as art, inviting interaction and reflection. The collection caters to collectors who appreciate intention and craftsmanship over excess, available exclusively through private commission and select galleries in limited editions.
