AYURVEDAGRAM BALI – EXPERIENCE THE POWER OF AYURVEDA

IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE AYURVEDIC MEDICINE

If the southern Indian state of Kerala is considered the birthplace of Ayurveda, it’s now time to discover its serene new chapter in Ubud, Bali: Ayurvedagram Bali, linked directly to its parent company, Kerala Ayurveda.

Here, every wellness journey is tailored. Based on body constitution, pathological history, dosha type, lifestyle, and environment, Ayurveda offers personalized healing strategies.
It teaches that true health is achieved through perfect harmony between body, mind, and soul — a balance that requires commitment to daily rituals, habits, and food chosen in accordance with one’s dosha.

This new wellness retreat is more than a destination — it’s a sacred experience.
A peaceful haven, deeply rooted in an ancient science.

THE HISTORY OF AYURVEDA

Ayurveda’s origins trace back to the 2nd century BC, grounded in the ancient Hindu philosophical schools of Vaisheshika (the science of matter) and Nyaya (logic).
Its theoretical framework, Samkhya, shaped the foundation of Ayurveda’s approach to the body and the universe.

THE FIVE ELEMENTS OF THE UNIVERSE ACCORDING TO AYURVEDA

Ayurveda believes that all existence is formed from five elements —
Vayu (Air), Jala (Water), Aakash (Ether), Prithvi (Earth), and Teja (Fire).

These elements combine to form the Tridoshas:

  • Vata dosha (air + ether)

  • Pitta dosha (fire + water)

  • Kapha dosha (earth + water)

Together, they govern every physiological function.
The body is also composed of seven tissues (Saptadhatus) and three waste products (Malas), forming a complete system of physical and energetic balance.

LET YOURSELF FALL INTO A STATE OF DEEP RELAXATION

Ayurvedagram Bali spans 7,000 square meters of lush serenity — surrounded by jungles, tropical flora, rice paddies, and flowing river valleys.

The resort features 25 rooms, ranging from Luxury Suites, Junior Pool Rooms, to Deluxe Doubles with Garden Views.

The on-site Ayurvedagram restaurant serves deeply nourishing Satvik cuisine — pure, light, and aligned with Ayurvedic principles.

Your days may include yoga, meditation, Buddha circles, signature treatments, and powerful holistic healing sessions.
Choose from thoughtfully designed wellness packages that will gently realign your daily routine.

Once you’ve spent two weeks here, your body will rest, your mind will quiet, and your soul will remember.
And year after year, you’ll find yourself coming back.
