Andaz Amsterdam Prisengracht Hotel is the result of a total artwork design piece by Dutch iconic international designer, Marcel Wanders.

The designer, maximalist man with a whimsical design hand and his studio shares a neighborhood, the Jordaan district, with the Andaz.

The Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht stands amidst the city’s central canals, within very easy range of all the shopping, eating, drinking, museum-going…ideal for a short or long walk.

You will admire touches like the moonlike orbs hanging from the glass-roofed lobby-atrium…

Art and lifestyle walk together hand in hand at Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht. Operated by Hyatt Hotels Corporation, this five-star boutique hotel of 122 rooms and 5 suites, was once a nondescript public library building. Check into the largest Prinsengracht suite and enjoy the largest hotel terrace in the city, overlooking the stunning Amsterdam canals.

The hotel recalls the Golden Age, Dutch Delft Blue and the city’s vibrant, rich history and economy. A place where old melts with the new, history fuses with modern-day living, and luxury beats with the same heart as the city. Oversized welcoming bells, passion red Tulip Chairs, from hell to heaven wallpaper, carpets and walls with ancient nautical maps, a romantic secretive garden, and a mesmerizing Observatorium…

The Andaz is enriched with the Bluespoon restaurant and cocktail bar, a gym, spa, library, and conferencing facilities. Throughout the hotel, an unprecedented contemporary video art collection can be enjoyed on 50 video screens inducing guests in a continual state of surprise.

@Andaz Marcel Wander’s wonderland…awaits you! What becomes a legend most?
